Rio de Janeiro City was looking for an agency to lead all their apps and systems and I was directing all its projects that included a complete flight control system for the city Heliport, City’s trash company app for iOS and Android plus Conservation Bureau app and all the marketing materials.

To manage this challenge I’ve casted and directed a team of content writers, developers and designers. In addition to that I was responsible for all client side communication and budget dealing.

Some of those apps were a national success with highlight articles in all main news by that time.
